To clarify, you cannot install and run the ACT! software on a BB Playbook. But you should be able to access an ACT! for Web 2010 web database (hosted on a web server) via a supported browser (IE 6, 7 & 8 for ACT! for Web 2010).
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
