Do you have to upgrade the data on the server when installing Act 2011

Hi,

I am upgrading Act 2010 to Act 2011. Is there anything I have to do on the server?

Thanks

If you  have ACT living on a server, you need to upgrade ACT on the server too.

Is it just a simple upgrade, as you do on the PC's?

I was hoping to get this done today for a new starter on Monday.

Thanks

It's usually easy ... good idea to backup before you start
The install should remove the old version first.
When the install has finished, open the database as an Admin user... it will convert the database
