I have created a few CR reports connecting to ACT! 2010 database suing OLEDB and i want to distribute these reports to some key users.
I have tried a few crystal report viewer to run the report on the client computers which only has ACT! and viewer but on all occasion, i always get the Database Login prompt when i run the report. I then entered ACT! username and password but i always get Login Failed error message.
The weird thing is if i run this viewer in the machine that has ACT! and CR 2008 installed, there is no such issues.
May i know i get the login failed error when i run the report via the viewer on client computers? I'm sure that the viewer has install CR runtime as a part of the installation package.
Anyone has such issues before? Any solution?
