We're tracking several critical dates in our sales process and I created those dates as actvities. I would now like to display those fields in my contact screen. I've gone to tools/design layout but can't figure out how to place those fields on the screen.
Can anyone help?

If, when you say "I created those dates as actvities" you scheduled a new activity such as a scheduled call for a specific date then these dates don't appear in the main contact area of the screen. The only place you can see them is in the Activities Tab for the specific contact, or in the Task List where you can see all scheduled activities.
Let me know if I've misunderstood the question.

You did understand me completely right. However, I was hoping I could display a read only field elsewhere on the contact screen to show specific activites. For instance, if we are replying to a Request for Proposal, we may need to track the date the proposal is due. I can create an activity for that but since that is such an important date, I don't want it getting lost with all of the other activities scheduled for that client. That's why I would like to create an area of special dates on the contact screen. I know I can create date fields and reflect them there, but then they won't go to my calendar for tracking.
