Disk is full

I have sage act pro 2011 version 13.1.111.0   Starting this week when I try and do a mail merge I get the following:

 

The disk is full. Free some space on this drive, or save the document on another disk.

Try one or more of the following:

Close any unneeded documents, programs and windows

Save the document on another disk

 

I have been doing the mail merge all year and this is somehting new.    This is really holding me up.  I have plenty of disk space on my computer.   Please halep me.

How many in the merge?
Mail merge to print or email?
If email, Internet Mail or Outlook?

Where does the error come up?

Have you tried a smaller lookup?
Have you tried a different template?

Have you tried deleting all temp files on your system?

just a thought,

 perhaps this KB, although not directly applicable, might be the right answer anyway.

That is, make sure the free space is not a multiple of 4.
