Different views in ACT 2011

I am trying to figure out the best way to set up my database/databases for the following scenario:

We work with schools and traditional companies. I would like to be able to see very different data when looking at the school or company. For example I would like to see data displayed on testing scores, enrollment info, etc for a school, but I don't need that functionality when looking at the company.

Do i need to set up two different databases or is there a way I can do this in one database? Thanks in advance!

Re: Different views in ACT 2011

you can set up two different views by making different layouts (tools, design layouts) after adding the Fields of your choosing to the database via tools define fields
