Detail View obscured?

[ Edited ]

When I bring up the "Detailed View" of any contact, I get an obscured screen (see screen shot). If I go to "List View" and then back to "Contact View", it is no longer obscured. This will get old very quickly?

Re: Detail View obscured?

That is a video problem. check your video driver and possibly update.

Re: Detail View obscured?

Definitely make sure your video driver is up to date, but also check your Hardware Acceleration - it may need to be decreased.  Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 16471

I successfully updated my video card and also decreased hardware acceleration as suggested. This completely solved my issues. Thank to Roy Laudenslager and gmartin!
