I was having trouble with Act's (2011 on Win7 Professional) dropdown menus that seemed inpossible to resolve. So I decided to uninstall/reinstall Act. Big Mistake. The uninstall went OK, but the reinstall didn't work because it can't successfully install the SQL server. So I went to the Knowledgebase and followed all of the suggestions therein. If anything, it made everything worse. I have reached the end of my abilities, and am now even willing to pay for help to get me out of this mess (which started, not because of anything I did, but because Act began acting up.
My question, how do I get paid support that can help me resolve the SQL server installation issues and any other Act installation issues that might pop up?

You have a couple of options. 1) the ACT Certified Consultant community under ACT.com or purchasing support directly from Sage. (also on hte ACT website.
