Denied Access

I keep getting an error message that access to my act database is being denied with no further explanation. Help!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. So the Community can better assist you, please provide the following additional information:

- What version of ACT! are you using?

- What operating system does your computer use?

- What is the exact error message you are receiving?

- Is your database local to your machine or hosted on another machine (server)?
