I work with ACT 2005 on a regualr basis. When I opened it it told me that an update was required and asked if I wanted to update now. I clicked yes. Now when I try to open my ACT 200 Version 7 a demo version of ACT pops up. All my contacts are no longer there. How can I get my ACT back to normal?

You should be able to open your original database by clicking on the File menu and choosing the database from the bottom of the menu (recently opened databases). If you do not see your database listed there; click on the File > Open Database option. If your database is in the default location, it should appear in the list.
