Is it possible to duplicate all of a contact's history (past email and calls) either to a new account or existing?
The problem arrises when a customer leaves one company for another. We want to keep the history visible for sales reps dealing with the customer at the new company and old company.
I realize there is the option to add Contacts when you are Editing History, but that only works for one entry at a time.
In a perfet world, I would be able to duplicate a contact with ALL data (not just data fields like contact name, company, phone#).
