I added an individual to a group in error and now they are in two groups. How can I delete that contact from one group?
I do not know what static and dynamic add to groups means?
I just clicked on add contact to group and selected the group.

There are two ways to add contacts to a group. First is dynamically, which requires defined criteria to automatically add contacts. Second is static, which is manually adding contacts to groups.
Since you add the contacts manually, you can simply go to the Contact Detail view for the contact. Select the Groups/Companies tab and click Add/Remove Groups. On the right side, select the wrong group and click the < arrow. This will remove the contact from the group.
