I am trying to define the contact field to be field type Initial-Caps. So that when I import a record or create a new contact for that matter the field would be proper case. It works on older version of Act, but for some reason it is not sticking with this version. Any ideas???

Just discovered something.
Act is only looking at the first character of the field value to format it. For example, I set the contact field to be initial-caps via Tools/Define Fields.
I type "TEST CONTACT" and tab off - it stay the same
If I type "test contact" - Act formats it to "Test Contact"
If I type "tEST cONTACT" - Act formats it to "Test Contact"
My import files have the contact value in all caps.
