Under the options on a schedule activity such as to-do or meetings there is an option to send an email to contact. Does anyone know how to change the default email that this generates, so that I can use my own one.
Thanks for your help with this.
I am using Act 2009.

Unfortunately, the default template cannot be changed. If you want to change it, you'll have to edit the email once generated.
