Just a quick question, have Act v18 and was trying to register my version on a new laptop. Was unable to register it, so spoke to customer service. They told me I have used my key 4 times. They still allowed me to use it on my new laptop, but my old one has since been formatted by my employer. Is it possible to de-register a Act Pro account? Not remove a user, but remove the "key" from your Act account?
