We have encountered a little bit of a problem with Act! Preferences.
We have a client using Act! Pro v16 installed on two computers on a local network. One machine is hosting the database files and the other is a live connection.
The client has two databases, that they switch between when they are working during the day.
Preferences on either database are not persistent, and revert to default settings when switching from one database to another.
I have tried resetting the preferences as per: How To Rebuild the Act! Preferences File
But I have not had any success.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
