I have no idea why.
All I was doing was trying to Save As a database.
Why should I get an error when trying to do this?
I did try running ACT as an administrator.
ACT Pro
Version of Act! 19.2.1460 upgrade 5
Office 365
Database is on my local machine (private database)
Operating system is Windows 10

Hello,
Sounds like a file is compressed.
Right click on the files it mentions.
Under General tab click Advanced and make sure Compress is not checked.

I thought I had provided complete information - perhaps not?
I was able to Save As to an external hard drive. I was unable to do so on my internal hard drive.
Is it common for an internal hard drive to be "compressed"?
