Hi, we're using ACT 2009 and have had ongoing issues with our data. Sometimes when looking up records, important client information is carried over from the previous record that was being viewed.
In other words, if I'm on client A's record and do a lookup to get to client B's record, client A's Social Security number and/or date of birth will appear on client B. The correct data appears if you hit refresh, but this can be a big problem as you can imagine. The issue appears to be random and can't be duplicated. We are actually looking at replacing ACT with a different CRM, largely as a result of this issue.
I'm hoping someone has had the same problem and knows of a fix? Thanks in advance.
