I am currently running ACT! 2008. All updates appear to be current. Everything runs runs fine .. contacts, opportunities, etc, unitl I open the Dashboard and the program freezes. Any ideas?

Thank you very much for your response and insight. You are correct .... because the demo database is not installed, I created a new database. Made up several sample clients, opportunities, etc. The dashboard opened fine and seemed to work flawlessly. I did use the ACT! sales process rather than my custom process ...
How am I to know if the database file is corrupt, and what actions would you recommend that I take to remedy this? Do you believe the issue would be related to using a custom sales process?
