Have ACT Pro 2012 on my laptop. Moved my backup from one laptop to another. The Google integration on the new laptop does not show any sync sets for my contacts. I did go to the KB article 26349 about DPI but that did not solve the issue. Does anyone have any solutions on how to resolve this?

Sometimes after you set the DPI to 100%, you have to reset the preferences for Act! for it to work. You can find instructions on doing this here: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14770

Thanks for the reply. I have tried this several times, but the DPI issue does not resolve the problem and rebuilding the preferences does not either. Any other suggestions?
