Customize menus & toolbars in ACT 2010

 Hello,

When using this option, the view that I selected changes. Sometimes I get one of the following 2 error messages.

"Act has encountered an error, please shutdown the application"

"Exception has been thrown by the target of an" nothing follows that

The only solution seems to be shutting down ACT.

I saw the link below for this problem in act 2009.

Should I delete the same folder.

I am using Vista

Thank you

Yes. If the activities toolbar is corrupted, then deleting that folder should resolve the issue. You will also want to make sure that User Account Control (UAC) is disabled. Please see KB Article 20220 for instructions to disable UAC in Vista.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
