Hi Anyone who can help me!!
I am having a complete nightmare trying to create a report that works for us.
We use ACT as a call management system and as a result have categories for calls such as:
Information Sent Out
I would like to be able to report of on these categories.
I have spoken to ACT over the telephone a couple of times but it still doesnt seem to do what i want it to do.
Surely there is a way to run a history for the week or month of just calls that we have "completed" or "attempted" and not include all the other categories that use.
If anyone can help me i would be SOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful!

Hi, Yes i would like to run a report that "counts" the number of calls, but i would also like the choice to have a detailed report of each type of call so we can see the content of the call completed/attempted etc..
