Customising Notes/History Report

Hi Anyone who can help me!!

I am having a complete nightmare trying to create a report that works for us.

We use ACT as a call management system and as a result have categories for calls such as:


Call Attempted

Call Completed

Call Received

Information Sent Out

Company Researched


I would like to be able to report of on these categories.


I have spoken to ACT over the telephone a couple of times but it still doesnt seem to do what i want it to do.


Surely there is a way to run a history for the week or month of just calls that we have "completed" or "attempted" and not include all the other categories that use.


If anyone can help me i would be SOOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful!

You didn't indicate whether you wanted just the counts for the relevant history entries or if you wanted the detail information also. If it is just the counts, that can be done with a modification of the History Summary Classic report.

Hi, Yes i would like to run a report that "counts" the number of calls, but i would also like the choice to have a detailed report of each type of call so we can see the content of the call completed/attempted etc..
