I call 20+ contacts a day. Often I don't get straight through to the contact, but find out when they will be available to call back. I track this by putting a note in the Latest Results field, for example: In a mtg, call back after 2:00.
As I can't remember where each call is at, I would ideally like to add the Latest Results as a column to the Activity List on the Activity Dashboard.
Unless there is a better idea out there. Currently the only way is either working from the Calendar or Activity list and Go To each contact to see where I am up to with them.
What I want is a list of calls for the day, and where I am up to with each call.
Once I have spoken to the contact or established they are not available today, I can Clear the Activity and schedule the Follow Up.
