I have been using Peachtree Complete for years now and have just purchased ACT 2009 for the first time, so I am new to it. I have a question. I have linked all of my customer database from peachtree into sage. While linking and importing the data I matched up as many fields as possible. In peactree for all of my customers I use a Customer ID # associated with their name and address. Problem I found was when all the data moved over to ACT none of the Customer ID's for each customers did not upload into ACT. Is there away I can get the Customer ID field from peactree to link into act each and everytime I update customer data to ACT? I did notice some custom fields but was not sure if that would work or not. Thanks for any help on this. I am sure as time goes on I will have more questions about features and HOW TO's as I learn and use the software.
