I have some templates that work well when I use the WRITE menu, Email message (from template).
I would now like to add several of these templates as custom commands to the write menu.
After I go through the procedure of adding my template to the menu and then clicking on the new custom command, it creates a word document and not an outlook email.
Is there a way to add a custom EMAIL (producing) command to the write menu ?
I am using Act 10, office 2007 for word and outlook.

Unfortunately, there is not one that I know of. All the templates are Word Processor templates and are opened using a default word processor. It would take a second command to open the template in an email (like an executable) and the custom commands can only have one command associated with them. There may be a third-party add-on product that can do this. Here are a couple of websites you can look on:
