Creating a template for mail merge - Act word processor

I'm trying to create a template for listing our jobs. When I merge them, each one appears on a separate page. How do I get them to continue without jumping to a new page? Thanks

You can't with a mail merge. Mail merge is limited to one contact record per page. The only possibility would be to use a report.
