Creating a "Dummy" Database

Hi all!

Is it possible to create a "Dummy" Database?  Before we get our Sage ACT! officially up and running, we are looking to create a database where we can test how we want the actual one to operate.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

You can create several databases.

Re: Creating a "Dummy" Database

Hi Amanda,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. You can create a new, empty database (File > New Database), or you can use the demo database, which already has some contacts and data you can test with (ACT2011Demo or ACT2012Demo).

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Thank you!  I thought that was the case, but I wanted to be sure before I did so.
