I have 4 service techs that I use the calendar portion in act for. I'm currently scheduling them by the low to high importance level and assigning them by color. Is there a more affect way I could be doing this?

Do the 4 techs actually use the Act! database, or are you the only one that sees the calendar?
If the techs sign in with their own Act! username, you could use the 'Schedule For' option so that the activities are assigned to the specific tech.
