I am trying to create a customized report on ACT! All i want to do is collect the information on how our customers were referred to our business. We have a Referral field on ACT where it has options like TV, Newspaper, Phone Book, etc., and i want to be able to create a report just for that. In addition to being able to collect the information of where the customer came from, i would also like to have the date that customer was entered into our system and we have a field for that as well. So, all i need is to collect two information about our clients and not sure how to do this. Appreciate any of your assistance.

The report you describe doesn't sound very complex and should be fairly easy to create. However, the ACT! reports have a fairly significant learning curve.
