Creating a contact report that lists only contacts with email addresses

I am trying to create an email marketing list from our contacts & secondary contacts. (I'm using ACT! 2006 V8.)  I can create a report listing all our contacts & their email addresses, but I only want to list those contacts that HAVE an email address. How do I eliminate those contacts that don't have an email address from being listed in the report?

Hi,

If you want the contacts that has emails in them and everyone, then what you could do is create a lookup of the contacts by going to the menu Lookup->E-mail Address, then choose the option "Non Empty Field" and click OK that would bring up a lookup of only the contacts that has email ids. Now try running the report for current lookup instead of all contacts and see if it works Smiley Happy

Hi Snowflake, that worked great but is there anyway to get the same report to include secondary contacts with email addresses? Thanks again, I appreciate the help!
