Creating Template that has Multiple Contacts in it

I have a client that sells print advertising in Magazines and wants to submit proposals to clients that compare multiple publications. Each publication is a contact in ACT, within the layout each publication has UDF's that contain data such as total circulation, Median Age Range, Retail Rate, Client Price, etc, etc, etc. They want a landscape document that has 1 client's name at the top (client is also a contact in the database) then an excel spreadsheet type layout of the name of 5-6 magazines and myriad of these UDF's going across the page. Does anyone have any ideas how to pull multiple contact data into one document? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm... if I understand correctly... If you're using an ACT! "contact" entity to store your concept of a "publication" entity... one suggestion might be to group them by Company.  Use ACT!'s Company Name field as your client name and then edit the Report "Company List" to include your UDFs.  Does that make sense?

Or maybe I don't understand exactly what you mean?
