Using ACT! 2008 Hot Fix 3 and Outlook 2003 SP3: When trying to create a rule in Outlook to attach inbound email to ACT! contact records everything works fine until I get to the step where I need to select a custom action and the Select Custom Action drop down is blank.
In step 1 of creating Outlook rule, I select ACT! adress book and click next. Step 2, I select custom action and the Select Custom Action dialog box appears but it's blank. There's nothing in the drop down!
I've set Macro security to low in Outlook and deleted ACT! address book from Outlook deleted ACT! prefrences and set up email again with no luck.
Any ideas? Does anyone know the location of the XML file that contains data that populates the Select Custom Action box for the ACT! address book?
