Using ACT! 2012 I tried creating a new sync set of my 3500 contacts using the the Outlook Sync Preferences window and now I don't see the sync set listed under "Syncronize contacts" in ACT. Not sure why it's not showing up. Any ideas?

Ok, I see it there, but shouldn't it also show up under Outlook Sync Preferences where is says " Select the Sage Contacts you wish to synchroize with Outlook? I thought I would be able to check a box next to it there?

Something isn't working right, beacuse in the Outlook Sync Preferences, no sync set is show even though I've created one and can see it under the Sync Panel under Tools. When I click on the Define Sync Sets it goes through the wizard and shows 3500 available contacts to sync and then when I click "syncronize with Outlook" it goes through the function in a few seconds and says Sage ACT Integration "contacts succesfully sync'd", but there is nothing in my Outlook contacts folder! Very frustrating.

the fact that you are doing outlook sync changes things. There is a seperate location for Contact sync sets to be used with outlook under tools, sync with outlook, sync contacts with outlook.
HEre is a short video going through the steps.

Thank you for the link to the video. I found my problem was trying to name my sync set "All Contacts". It wouldn't save under this name so I had to change it to just "Contacts" and that seemed to work.
The only issue I'm having now is when I create my sync set for Outlook it shows all available contacts in ACT as 3500, but then when it syncs them it only populates 2500 contacts into the Outlook contacts folder. I made sure I don't have any filters or anything that is only making a partial sync. Any ideas why this may be happening? Could all 3500 contacts be in Outlook, but for some reason the number only shows 2500 items? Thanks for the help.
