Creating Dynamic Subgroups using multiple queries

Hi folks, please go easy with me as this is my first post!!

Here is my problem

Group 1 is made of a number of postcode areas (AB, ZE etc) and is created dynamically from a query - 5,000 records.
From this group I want to create 2 subgroups (i have simplified the steps a little)
Subgroup 1 is to include a number of options based on a fields called 1st Franchise, 2nd Franch up to 8th Franch and on another field called ID_Stat
(eg 1st, 2nd & 3rd Franch is ONLY 3 wheelers, (also) 1st - 8th Franch is ONLY Big Trucks, (also) 1st - 4th Franch is ONLY MOT Centre (also) ID_Stat is blank)
The second subgroup is the reverse of the above group.

I need to create these groups from new each month, as the data changes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Creating Dynamic Subgroups using multiple queries

Do you need to replace the information in the groups or create new groups?

If you are replacing the information why not create an advanced query for the dynamic group?

Is it possible for there to be only one meaning of life?
