I work for a real estate brokerage firm and we have been slowly implementing act into our office. I have a question on making activity series/smart series.
Is it possible to have an activity series used fields from within the contact to dictate the timing on for the activity? For example...
If I have a contact in act for property 1 Apple St, and I have a "under agreement" field set to 1/1/2020 and a "settlement date" field 20 days (meaning settlement is 20 days after the property went under agreement. Can I create an activity series or smart series that would be able to look at the "under agreement" date (1/1/2020) and automatically use that as the anchor, and then look at the "settlement date" field (20 days) and schedule a settlement activity that would then go off at 1/21/2020?
