I have an ACT databse of about 9,000+ records.
I would like to create a rating system for the whole databse.
Essentially, I would like to have a custom Field or Radio buttons from 1-5 1 being the lowest possible sales and 5 being the highest priotity. this will give my Sales Reps a way to decipher between record sin their territory to make sure they are getting to the 5's, 4's and 3's

I have a client that has done that. They just use a field called "Value" and assign the contacts a value from 0 to 5 with 5 being the highest. It is a numeric field so they can select contact >3, etc. When you create the field add a dropdown to it for the values 0 to 5 and select the only from list feature. Then go through your clients starting with the 5s and work your way down to the 0s assigning value.
