Sometimes I can un-check this option and sometimes I can't. It becomes a waste of time when I have 5 or 6 people and I don't want to create a separate activity for each of them. I either have to add them to the existing activity after I've created it or I have to erase all but one activity and then add them onto the one left.
Any help with this? Really I doubt if I would ever want separate activities for the contacts in one company.
