Hi All, I have Act! Pro 2012 and want to make a report that shows all activities by TYPE so I can easily see the calls I need to make, the emails, the to-dos, etc? I can't get the report designer to do this. I have put the TYPE as the "group by" option in the designer but it only partially works, I still see To-dos spread out, some are grouped, some a re spread out...makes no sense. any thoughts ideas?

What you're trying can't be done with the ACT! reports. You would need a third party report writer to do that. You can use the task list on the screen and then do a quick print of that screen.
