When I receive an email in Outlook, and use the `Create Act Contact` function, it correctly lists all the people on the email and asks me to choose the ones I want created. In all case, it then tells me:
Contacts have been successfully saved in ACT! The following contacts are duplicates and were not created. It then lists all of the contacts (i.e. nothing was created).
I have tried this many times (and the contacts are definitely not in my database). Why does ACT! think they are duplicates? Is there a setting somewhere where I define what a duplicate is? (I know there use to be but I can`t seem to find it anymore)
