I still used ACT 6 (painful I know) am I eligible for the upgrade pricing to ACT 2009? Also will all the contacts, notes, calendar, and history correctly be transferred over?
Am I right to assume that ACT 2009 offers superior syncing with Outlook 2007 when compared to ACT 6?

When you convert your database from 6.0 to 2009, your contacts, notes, history and activities should come over just fine, assuming there is no corruption in your 6.0 database. And yes, the Outlook integration in 2009 is far superior to that in ACT! 6.0.
