Could not retrieve IMessage Interface not supported

When I try to send emails i get this  Could not retrieve IMessage Interface not supported, Does anyone know what this means in English? 

 

This is Soooo buggy.  Does anyone get any work done using Act?

Tried that mapi thing..  No joy   Reckon it IS a bug.  These guys probably think so tooSmiley Frustrated

I think the issue with the thread you linked is a version of Office without MAPI

What version of ACT!?
What version of Office? If 2013, is it full install or Click-To-Run?

It's 2013, full program I think, downloaded and  installed via MSOffice365 Business premium.

If that's a Click-To-Run version of Office it won't work due to MS not including the full API.

You can check if it is from info in these links:

If not CTR, see that last link for the correct way to set up the full desktop version.

i get this error too now Mike.  i have ACT 2013 w/ SP1 and Hotfix 3 and my ACT and Outlook email stopped working over the weekend for no reason... been using it for months...

 

my MAPI.DLL isn't out of DATE... sigh...

 

i'm really bummed about trying to fix this... no luck so far...  i'll call support but i'm expecting them to blow me off since it's not officially supported...

I started getting this as well in the last 2 days, with the latest Act version and Office 2007... Any one get this fixed in the last 2 years?
