I messed up my system by renaming my MS user account name, I also removed and created a new security profile in my computer management tools and now my Database won't open. I am using XP-Pro and ACT 2010. When I run ACTDiag i get the following warning window message.... Anybody have any recomendations?
Could not connect to the SQL Server Instance.
If this is a stand-alone ACT7 instance with no ACT! Installed, please contact Tech Support for instructions regarding running SecurityCMDLnapp.
Click Yes to continue anyway, No to restart ActDiag, cancel to close.

Make sure that the 'SQL Server (ACT7)' service is able to start. Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 28216
You can run the SecurityCmdLnApp.exe from the following directory > double click on it:
32 bit OS: C:/Program Files/ACT/Act for Windows
64 bit OS: C:/Program Files (x86)/ACT/Act for Windows
