Could anyone speak to why they chose ACT! over other CRMs?

Any experiences would be helpful. We're trying to choose our own CRM as soon as possible.

It's relatively easy to use ... that means staff use it - and that's the only way the CRM data becomes usable

I'll take a crack at  that one.  However, if you want to talk or have someone go over what features might aply to your specific situaltion, Call an ACT Consultant.  We have lots of examples. 

1) ease of use - desgned as a customer centric

2)Online or Offline

3) Hosted in the cloud to self hosted

4) price point - best bang for the buck at this price level.

 

In my experience, it's not as much the tool (meaning which CRM) as how it is implemented and supported.  The training and planning around the project is also really important.
