Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.0.572.0, Hot Fix 2
In edit mode, CTRL C, CTRL V, (and CTRL X for that matter) does not work. The only thing that works is right clicking and selecting copy, cut, paste from the mouse.
Anyone else experiencing this problem or know of a solution?

various areas of ACT have had this issue for quite some time. It would need to be listed as a feature request (or bug) depending who is looking at the issue.

We just upgraded our server and we're using ACT on Citrix. I think we're running it with Windows 7.
The ctrl c, x, and v only do not work when in edit mode. I haven't found any other areas where it's a problem so far.

I tested this issue with ACT! 2012 with SP1 applied and those keyboard shortcuts work in edit mode. The SP1 update addressed a number of issues, including some affecting terminal services. I would suggest you apply this update to your server and all machines with ACT! 2012 installed. Please see the following Knowledgebase article for information and instructions:
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
