Question: I am running ACT 2013 and using outlook 2010 for emai.
When I have new email in Outlook how do I easly get it into ACT to manage the follow up? The only option I can think of is to send a response to the sender, which pushes the email into ACT. Is their no other way to get the email into ACT so I can manage it's follow-up?
