Converting and Merging ACT 6.0 Data with Act 2010

Just discovered that upon my conversion of my ACT 6.0 data to 2010 that histories older than two years were not converted. No, they are not being filtered from view and actually still there.

Can I try to reconvert old 6.0 data and merge into the current Act 2010 data? If so, will it create duplicate histories?

Did I miss an option to delete old histories on the conversion? I am already using the converted data with hundreds of new entries so I can't just reconvert.

Thanks to everyone for their help!

Yes, you can convert again and merge (obviously make a backup of the 2010 database in case something goes awry)

Some tips to backup:

See these tips to convert:

Check that the missing histories are there before merging

To merge the databases, see this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
