Converting ACT 4.0 Database to ACT 2010

I recently converted my 4.0 database to import in to the 2010 software I just installed on a Windows7 OS. The 4.0 database had 15 User names available for each contact but I only see 10 Users in the 2010 Layout. How do I get back the other 5? Thanks

They converted but the default layout doesn't show them. You need to modify the layout or convert the old layout. That conversion is separate from the database conversion.

I assume that you mean user fields. Try converting your ACT! 4 layout or check all the tabs in the layout you're using.

Yes, User Fields. I checked all the tabs and thought they might be hiding under Secondary Contacts but that was empty. Maybe I'll try the conversion again. Thanks

Thanks! I went in to Tools yesterday and Design Layouts and made the changes.
