Hello. We have a client that is using Outlook 2007 and ACT! pro 2011. Whenever he updates the email address for a contact in Outlook and syncs with ACT! the email address does not sync. This does not hapen with any other information for the contact. Is there a specific setting we need in order for this information to sync?
Also he would like the ID/Status field in ACT! to sync with the Categorize feature in Outlook. Is this the default setting? If not is there a way to make this happen?
