On a fairly regular basis Act! Pro Version 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 5 DROPS contacts and there is no trace of them in My History. This is extremely annoying and harmfull because I do not know who has been dropped. This most recently happened today, Thursday, with a contact I added and emailed Tuesday. IT IS REALLY ANNOYING ENOUGH TO LEAVE ACT! FOT A MORE RELIABLE CONTACT MANAGENT PROGRAM, one that works 100% of the time and has decent customer support.
Also, I noticed there was Product Download, Act! v16 SP1 Hot Fix 2. In attempting to download it I get an error message "Does not apply to this version of Act.
ACT! is really becoming more of a problem then it's worth. I have been a user for over 15 years and witnessed the product dependability and customer service deteriorate with each change of new ownership.
