I want to print a report that will summarize all my contacts. Presently, I can only get it to print one contact per page. Also, is there a way to print a simple summary (i.e. so many contacts, etc. . .)?
There are 3 standard contact reports that ACT comes with....the Contact Report, the Contact Directory, and the Contact Status. Each report has varying degrees of detail. If none of these reports give you the data you want, then you either create a new contact report (choose New Template from the Reports menu) or modify one of the existing reports (be sure to save a copy of the original). You can use the Report Designer to add and remove fields as you need.
